Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive Engineer (Data Standards and Information) to join the Rail Asset Data Management team. You will contribute to building a comprehensive understanding of railway assets, their performance and condition, supporting asset management functions.

You will collaborate with rail operators, contractors and system manufacturers, ensuring data quality is defined, managed and operationalized across the rail network.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with critical and logical thinking, able to work independently when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data quality standards for Rail Asset Data Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Rail Asset Data Management with other systems.
• Monitor data quality metrics, perform cleansing, validation and enrichment as needed.
