Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Manager, Standard & Curriculum for the Singapore Rail Academy (SGRA). The role leads harmonisation and upkeep of training standards, competency and curricula frameworks, and development of common courses.

You will collaborate with SMRT, SBS Transit and LTA divisions to uplift rail workforce capabilities. You will drive quality assurance, plan reviews, and stay aligned with SFw-PT standards and ConOps updates to ensure consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training for rail engineering, operations or maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of engineering concepts and practices.
• Strong grounding in learning and development theory, WSQ and SFw frameworks.
• ACTA certification considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and harmonise training standards, competency and curricula frameworks.
• Develop common training courses, including programme design and reviews.
• Ensure quality assurance through audits of curriculum and processes.
• Explore new pedagogy and technology for effective learning.
• Collaborate with higher education institutes for CET courses.
• Benchmark against industry and international best practices.
• Engage SMEs locally and globally to deliver talks and training.
