Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD invites applications for the role of Works Train Manager. The incumbent will oversee Works Train operations for an assigned area (Depot/Mainline/Consist), supervising Controllers and front-line personnel.

You will lead a team, conduct safety briefings, handle incidents, and prepare weekly/monthly reports for the Officer-in-charge. Diploma in engineering or A-Levels with 5+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering or GCE A-Level with minimum experience in related works.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and perform overtime on a regular basis.
• Able to lead and take charge of a team of supervisors and operators.

• Able to lead and take charge of a team of supervisors and operators.
