Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Familiar with Operations Control Room environment is an advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control train operational activities.
• Make service adjustments to meet passenger needs.
• Coordinate staff to deal with failures or unexpected events.
