Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Site Project Coordinator for signalling systems in Singapore. The role involves planning, directing and coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors for on-site design and implementation.

You will oversee scheduling, ensure quality and safety, and provide progress updates to the Construction/Installation Manager. Ideal candidates have a diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent education; 1–3 years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct & coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for signalling system on design and on-site implementation.
• Oversee scheduling and implementation for assigned projects.
• Work with Construction/Installation Manager to meet objectives on time and within budget while maintaining quality and safety.
• Provide regular site progress updates to Construction/Installation Manager.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain installation checklists and ensure sign-offs for audits.
• Conduct toolbox meetings on-site and monitor recovery plans if delays occur.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors/vendors and internal departments to meet project schedules.
• Plan on-site works, including schedules, installation methods, device readiness and manpower needs.
• Adhere strictly to safety practices at all times.
