Job summary

CES_SDC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an M&E Project Coordinator to liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors and to resolve technical interfacing issues across disciplines.

You will plan, develop and monitor work schedules, coordinate M&E engineering work, and prepare submissions while ensuring all works meet design, specifications and codes. Requires a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of relevant road/rail project experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in coordination and managing interfaces for design and construction of road/rail projects
• Singapore work authorization required

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractor to resolve technical or interfacing issues
• Check and ensure mechanical and electrical works are executed in accordance with the design, specifications, regulations and codes of practice
• Plan, develop and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks and schedules
• Coordinate M&E engineering work and work closely with other department staff to resolve site discrepancies and technical issues
• Coordinate M&E services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission
• Coordinate responses to RFI, design clarification and site queries to ensure timely resolution of technical issues during construction
