Job summary

HMI Medical Centre Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a driven Business Development professional to grow referrals for our Radiology Centre, partnering with specialists, GP clinics, clinics, and corporate clients.

You will promote MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, Ultrasound, and other imaging services across Singapore. Travel extensively within Singapore to meet healthcare partners, build a strong pipeline, and drive revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service and engagement with radiologists

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of business development, sales or account management experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Prior experience in a radiology centre, diagnostic imaging provider, private hospital, specialist medical centre, medical device company or pharmaceutical company will be highly advantageous.
Candidates with experience promoting diagnostic imaging or healthcare services to doctors and healthcare institutions will be strongly preferred.
Existing network with specialists, GP clinics and healthcare providers will be an added advantage.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
Excellent networking, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel extensively within Singapore to meet healthcare partners.
Able to work outside normal office hours when required for doctor engagement activities, networking events or CME programmes.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect and secure new referral partners, including specialists, GP clinics, medical centres, corporate organisations and other healthcare providers, to increase utilisation of our Radiology Centre.
Promote the full suite of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, CT Scan, X-ray, Ultrasound (Sonography), Mammography, Bone Mineral Density (BMD) and General Radiography.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve referral and revenue growth targets.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities while expanding existing referral accounts.
Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare institutions to strengthen partnerships and generate referrals.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to grow market share.
