Job summary

HMI MEDICAL CENTRE (AMARA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Radiographer to perform X-ray, mammography and sonography procedures while explaining imaging steps to patients and providing reassurance throughout examinations.

You will maintain a high standard of patient care, support efficient workflows, and contribute to timely patient turnaround. The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with a 5.5-day work week at Tanjong Pagar location.

Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or a related qualification.
• Proficient in performing X-rays, mammography, and sonography procedures.
• Service-oriented with strong communication and listening skills.
• Collaborative team player with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are ready before each procedure.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support throughout the examination.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver a high standard of patient care and customer service.
• Handle challenging situations, including patient feedback and service-related concerns, professionally and sensitively.
• Support efficient workflows and ensure timely patient turnaround for each examination.
