Job summary

FULLERTON HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LIMITED seeks a senior leader to oversee radiology operations, staffing, and strategic initiatives.

You will drive planning and execution across modalities, ensuring service readiness and efficient resource use. You will collaborate with radiology IT, Marketing, Patient Access and clinical teams to ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while improving patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
• Registration in radiography would be advantageous.
• Significant experience in radiology, diagnostic imaging or healthcare operations with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of radiology operations, patient workflows and clinical service delivery.
• Proven workforce planning and resource allocation experience in healthcare.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of manpower and staffing plans across radiology modalities and programmes.
• Provide leadership of patient scheduling, capacity planning and service delivery with key stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives for safe, efficient patient flow and improved patient experience.
• Oversee equipment servicing, maintenance and regulatory/licence renewals.
• Lead strategic projects on new equipment evaluation, installation planning and implementation.
• Work with radiologists and clinical teams to uphold image quality and patient safety.
• Lead process improvement, workflow redesign and operational excellence initiatives.
• Provide leadership to the radiology operations team and foster accountability.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth.
• Undertake other strategic or operational responsibilities as assigned.
