Job summary

Lifescan Imaging PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of Lifescan Imaging centres.

You will oversee frontline operations, patient scheduling, billing, and reporting to ensure timely service delivery and accuracy. You will manage budgets, support revenue growth, monitor KPIs such as modality utilization and patient volumes, and coordinate with radiology and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of healthcare operations experience with 2-3 years in supervision/management.
• Experience in patient services, scheduling, billing, claims and administrative functions.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, revenue, expenses and cost-control initiatives.
• Experience monitoring patient volumes, modality utilization, KPIs and financial performance.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills with frontline teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management with radiologists, clinicians and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of Lifescan Imaging centres and overseeing frontline operations.
• Handle patient appointments, registrations, billing and collections accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of patient reports to the correct clinics.
• Provide financial counselling for patients, including Medisave and insurance coverage.
• Monitor reports and systems to improve organizational effectiveness and patient care quality.
• Track key operational indicators and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with sales, radiography team and radiologists to meet customers' needs.
• Manage insurance and Medisave claims, procurement and licensing documentation as required.
