Stripe is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect for Radar (Fraud) in Singapore. You will partner with sales and pre-sales, educating product and engineering on market trends while shaping the roadmap.

You will build senior-level relationships to grow Radar deployments and craft reusable assets that scale across Stripe’s GTM organization. You’ll stay ahead of fraud and risk trends, collaborate with product teams, and help define best practices to accelerate complex, high-value opportunities

Qualifications

7+ years in a pre-sales, technical consulting, product, or risk strategy role focused on e-commerce fraud prevention or trust and safety.
Deep knowledge of fraud and risk ecosystem including payment fraud, account takeover, first-party misuse, and policy abuse.
Experience with risk management architectures, rules engines, ML models, and manual review queues.

Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert on Stripe Radar to accelerate opportunities globally.
Collaborate with sales/pre-sales to drive pipeline and educate product/engineering on trends.
Develop relations with senior customer leaders and grow Radar offerings.
Create reusable assets and coach others on high-value opportunities.
Partnership with Radar product sales and product teams; influence roadmap.
Define best practices and reference solutions; stay current on competitive landscape.
