AVAGO TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL SALES PTE. LIMITED is seeking a software-oriented test engineer in Singapore to develop ATE test programs and evaluate boards for analog, digital and power devices.

You will research new test methodologies to improve coverage and reduce test time, and collaborate with multi-functional teams to meet product release schedules. Proficiency in C++ and a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in C++ Programming.

Responsabilités

• Develop ATE test program, test hardware and bench evaluation board for analog, digital and power semiconductor devices.
• Research new test methodology for better test coverage and test time reduction.
• Work with multi-functional team to meet new product release schedule.
