Job summary

CADENZA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Test Engineer to develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF and Mixed Signal devices on ATE platforms such as Advantest 93K and Teradyne UltraFlex.

You will work closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization across PVT, and production release, while pursuing yield improvements through hands-on lab work and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduates from Diploma/ Degree in Electronics /Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant Test Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE is a plus
• Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal devices on ATE
• Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test bring-up and production release
• Debug of digital vectors and device characterization across PVT
• Contribute to test program hand-off, production release, yield improvement and test time reduction
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Quality, and Foundry Engineering teams
