Job summary

Nestle R&D in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Specialist to lead end-to-end Innovation and Renovation projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve defined ROI and project success. The role promotes an I2L mindset and proactive stakeholder engagement across R&D units and external partners.

You will manage scope, resources, and coaching within a matrix organization, ensuring timely delivery and financial performance. Strong communication and briefing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years PM experience dealing with new technologies or improving current processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D.
• Experience in Operations and/or technical/commercial function in SBU is a plus.
• Led small to medium sized teams.
• Demonstrated decision making and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills; presents to steering committees.
• Experience in briefing process.

• Deliver end-to-end Innovation & Renovation projects with defined quality, time and cost.
• Provide leadership to project teams in a matrix organization and manage resources.
• Coach and share knowledge across teams and partners to foster collaboration.
