Mondelēz International is hiring for an RDQ-focused role in Singapore to lead and deliver RDQ activities across new product development, portfolio maintenance and productivity projects.

The successful candidate will translate consumer insights into commercially viable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive projects from concept to market with strong emphasis on consumer experience and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years lab work experience preferably within the food industry– confectionery and powdered beverages.
• Experience in confectionery and powdered beverages is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects by influencing multi-functional teams.
• Relocation: No Relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Lead RDQ activities to complete process design and deployment for innovation, growth, and cost optimization.
• Drive consumer-led product development from concept through commercialization.
• Coordinate pilot plant and factory trials in line with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Influence decisions based on analysis and interpretation of results.
