Job summary

SANLI E&C PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated engineer to operate, monitor, and optimise advanced electrochemical systems and supporting process equipment at lab/pilot scale.

You will design small experiments, analyze data, and collaborate with universities or commercial partners to drive operational improvements. You'll document performance, assist with maintenance, conduct field-based tests, ensure EHS compliance, and coordinate sub-projects with external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical or related.
• 2–6+ years in pilot operations, reliability/maintenance, or test engineering.
• Strong documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and document performance of advanced electrochemical systems and subsystems; assist maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Design small-scale experiments; analyse datasets; propose improvements to procedures and controls.
• Conduct field-based chemical/physical tests; ensure compliance with EHS protocols.
• Manage sub-projects for subsystems or technical challenges; coordinate with external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of conditions, deviations, and results; write memos & reports.
