Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an engineering graduate to assist R&D and manufacturing teams in developing and validating process improvements and new technologies. The role involves experiments, data collection, and DOE studies to evaluate stability and performance.

You will collaborate with process, equipment, quality, and production teams to support ramp-up and continuous improvement, while preparing technical docs and reports for reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields (Materials, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interest in semiconductor R&D.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Python, JMP, Minitab) is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to work in cleanroom or laboratory environments when required.
