Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an engineer to join a global technology company's R&D team focused on power supply solutions. You will contribute to design, simulation, testing, and manufacturing support across the full product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, lab testing, and collaboration with PCB, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to deliver reliable, world-wide deployed power electronics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Experience or exposure to electronics, power electronics, circuit design, or product development.
• Strong foundation in analog and digital electronics, circuit design, electronic testing and troubleshooting, power electronics fundamentals.
• Hands-on and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about engineering.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
• Work on analog and digital control systems.
• Build prototypes and conduct laboratory testing using oscilloscopes and other test equipment.
• Perform circuit simulations using LTSpice, MATLAB, or similar software.
• Troubleshoot and optimize designs to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with PCB, Manufacturing, and Quality teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support product validation, testing activities, and continuous engineering improvements.

What You'll Be Doing
