Job summary

Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented R&D Manager to lead the EDA R&D team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team of software, RF, and high-speed digital design engineers responsible for advancing Keysight's EDA platforms and applications. The leader will drive innovation, develop talent, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate with global R&D teams to deliver best-in-class simulation software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with technical leadership and people management responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality enterprise software with significant customer value.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and talent development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
• Hands-on software development experience and ability to contribute technically when needed.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.

• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and talent development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across multiple organizations and geographies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on software development experience and the ability to contribute technically when needed.
• Passion for adopting AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.
