Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead the EDA R&D team in Singapore. You will manage a multidisciplinary group of software, RF, and high-speed digital design engineers responsible for advancing Keysight's EDA platforms and applications.

The role focuses on driving innovation, talent development, and high-performance engineering culture, collaborating with global teams to deliver best-in-class simulation software using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record delivering enterprise software with customer value.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management.
Experience leading engineering teams, hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Excellent communication and cross-organization collaboration skills.
Experience applying AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of EDA professionals in Singapore.
Drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality EDA software products.
Foster innovation, technical excellence, and customer success.
Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent with growth opportunities.
Set priorities, goals, and execution plans for product roadmaps and business objectives.
Collaborate with global R&D and cross-functional teams including Product Management and QA.
Champion Agile processes and improve software development practices.
