The role focuses on driving innovation, talent development, and high-performance engineering culture, collaborating with global teams to deliver best-in-class simulation software using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record delivering enterprise software with customer value.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and project management.
Experience leading engineering teams, hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Excellent communication and cross-organization collaboration skills.
Experience applying AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of EDA professionals in Singapore.
