Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Singapore is seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented R&D Manager to lead the EDA R&D team. The role will manage a multidisciplinary group of software, RF, and high‑speed digital engineers to advance Keysight's EDA platforms and applications using Agile practices.

You will drive innovation, develop talent, recruit and mentor, set priorities and roadmaps, and collaborate with global R&D, Product Management, Marketing, QA, and Customer Support to deliver high‑quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of software development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and project management.
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, hiring, mentoring and performance management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Hands-on development experience and ability to contribute technically when needed.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering to boost productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of EDA professionals in Singapore.
• Drive architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality EDA and simulation software.
• Build a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, technical excellence, and customer success.
