Keysight Technologies Singapore (Sales) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented R&D Manager to lead the EDA R&D team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team of software, RF, and high-speed digital design engineers responsible for advancing Keysight's EDA platforms and applications. The leader will drive innovation, develop talent, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate with global R&D teams to deliver best-in-class simulation software

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience with technical leadership and people management responsibilities.
Proven track record delivering high-quality enterprise software with significant customer value.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience leading high-performing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and talent development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies.
Hands-on software development experience and ability to contribute technically when needed.
Interest in AI-assisted engineering practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of EDA professionals in Singapore.
Drive the architecture, development, and delivery of high-quality EDA and simulation software products.
Build a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, technical excellence, customer success, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent while creating career growth opportunities.
Establish clear priorities, goals, and execution plans to ensure successful delivery of product roadmaps and business objectives.
Collaborate effectively with global R&D organizations and cross-functional teams including Product Management, Marketing, QA, and Customer Support.
Champion Agile development methodologies and continuously improve software development processes, tools, and engineering best practices.
Foster strong teamwork and communication across geographically distributed teams.
Leverage AI technologies and modern software engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and innovation.
