Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior R&D leader to drive full-cycle research and development activities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of complex projects.

The role requires steering cross-functional teams, shaping project plans, and maintaining high standards of technical execution in camera, optics and electronics domains. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of R&D experience with team management and demonstrated ability to deliver overseas projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 8+ years of R&D experience in camera, optics, electronics, power and structural engineering.
• Over 2 years of team management experience.
• Overseas project delivery experience in Singapore or USA is highly preferred.
• Familiar with R&D team management and standardized project management systems.
• Result-driven and highly accountable with strong strategic planning and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle R&D team building and daily operation management, ensuring standardized, efficient and orderly delivery of all product research and development work.
• Take overall charge of R&D project planning, progress monitoring and execution management, guaranteeing on-time and high-quality project delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, unify business demands, technical schemes and project progress, and facilitate continuous and stable project iteration.
• Manage team performance appraisal and talent ladder development, retain core talents, build efficient positive team culture, and strengthen comprehensive R&D capacity and team stability.
