• Take overall charge of R&D project planning, progress monitoring and execution management to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align business demands with technical schemes and project progress.
• Manage performance appraisals and talent development to maintain a strong R&D team culture.
