Job summary

ARDEX-QUICSEAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Chemist to develop, test, and improve products for quality, safety, and performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform laboratory analyses, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage R&D projects focused on product improvement and raw material evaluation, while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting laboratory analyses and data interpretation.
• Ability to maintain meticulous project documentation and reports.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory practices in a chemical lab.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D and raw material evaluation projects to boost product quality.
• Conduct product improvement initiatives and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Qualify materials to meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Prepare project reports, ISO records, and Green Label documentation.
• Support lab safety by applying GHS standards and safety protocols.
• Manage lab consumables and coordinate service support.
• Maintain R&D data in SharePoint and other systems.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for stakeholders.
• Assist Regional R&D Head with assigned activities.
