Job summary

Sika Singapore PTE LTD seeks a dynamic professional for Product Application & Development and Technical Advisor roles in our laboratory. You will assist in product development and optimization, provide technical guidance to customers, and prepare samples for lab evaluation according to formulations.

You will also train staff and applicators, handle technical issues including site visits and complaints, and lead QC, COA, and audit-related tasks within a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Multilingual with good communication skill.
• Computer-literate and able to operate lab tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product development and production optimization.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting to customers and sales teams; conduct lab tests.
• Prepare samples for laboratory evaluation per product formulation.
• Provide technical advice and training to staff, applicators and end users.
• Lead QC matters for finished products and raw materials; participate in COA, audits and lab tasks.
