Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform laboratory analyses, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage R&D projects focused on product improvement and raw material evaluation, while maintaining safety and documentation standards.

• Prepare project reports, ISO records, and Green Label documentation.

• Manage lab consumables and coordinate service support.
• Maintain R&D data in SharePoint and other systems.
• Prepare periodic progress reports for stakeholders.
• Assist Regional R&D Head with assigned activities.

About the role

Manage and execute R&D projects focused on product improvement and raw material evaluation while ensuring laboratory compliance, safety, and documentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute assigned R&D and raw material evaluation projects to drive product innovation and quality assurance

• Conduct product improvement initiatives and troubleshoot issues to enhance product performance and reliability

• Qualify raw materials by evaluating their suitability and compliance with project requirements

• Manage laboratory equipment by coordinating calibration, maintenance, and ensuring operational readiness

• Maintain accurate R&D documentation, including project reports, ISO records, and Green Label certification documents

• Support laboratory safety by implementing GHS standards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols

• Manage laboratory consumables by processing purchasing requests and coordinating service support

• Maintain R&D systems, including SharePoint records and project data, to ensure data integrity and accessibility

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and project reports to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders

• Support ISO audit activities by preparing documentation and facilitating laboratory compliance checks

• Assist the Regional R&D Head with additional R&D activities and projects as assigned

This position requires working on-site five days a week.
