Job summary

National University of Singapore's Centre for Quantum Technologies seeks a Research Community & Engagement Manager / Senior Executive to oversee onboarding, orientation, alumni relations, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications for staff, students, interns and visitors. You will coordinate events, manage wellbeing activities and help maintain an engaging, diverse community across the Centre.

• Proven ability to design and implement internal communications and community engagement.
• Organizational skills and self-motivation to manage onboarding, wellbeing initiatives and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage welcoming new staff, students, interns and visitors to the Centre.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and share new joiner information on Centre channels.
• Shape orientation/community engagement for all nodes of the Centre.
• Design and implement internal communication tactics (emails, webpages, newsletters, town halls).
• Support Well-being Committee activities and social events planning.
• Oversee Alumni engagement and activities for Centre members and nodes.
• Assist with administrative and logistical matters for visitors and interns.
