Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) seeks a Security Consultant to drive a multi-year quantum-safe migration programme. You will define scope, manage schedules, track risks, and report progress to leadership.

You will lead cybersecurity projects, coordinate with business units, manage vendors and procurement, and ensure governance, risk, and compliance are integrated into every delivery cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, communications or related disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity or digital transformation programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity projects across MAS with multi-year scope and outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on schedule, budget and quality.
• Oversee vendor evaluations, SLAs and procurement within regulatory requirements.
• Maintain integrated delivery plans, backlogs and executive reporting; ensure timely decision-making.
