DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks an executive-level Quantum Cryptographic Engineer to lead the migration of critical applications to post-quantum cryptography. You will drive crypto-agility, align with MAS/CSA timelines, and coordinate across risk, architecture, gateway networks, and vendor teams.

The role demands a decade of cryptography-focused leadership, PKI mastery, and a proven ability to translate cryptographic risk into business impact for the Bank’s strategic technology program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in enterprise cybersecurity focusing on cryptography, PKI, or security architecture.
• Experience with cryptographic algorithms and post-quantum transitions.
• Regulatory/compliance experience (CSA, MAS) is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year PQC migration roadmap ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.
• Develop a framework for crypto-agility to adapt to evolving standards.
• Provide high-level briefings to senior management on risk, milestones and compliance.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, SRE, Infrastructure, and Dev teams for asset hardening and migration to post-quantum algorithms.
• Engage with external vendors and working groups to ensure third-party quantum-safe compliance.
• Guide enterprise cryptography standards and governance.
