Job summary

Monetary Authority of Singapore seeks an experienced Security Consultant to drive a multi-year quantum-safe migration programme. You will manage scope, schedules, risks and reporting across cross-functional teams to leadership, aligning with MAS governance.

You will lead cyber-security projects, oversee vendor evaluations, contract management, and governance activities, ensuring secure delivery and regulatory compliance across MAS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years in technology project/programme management with strong Agile delivery background.
• Professional certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) and in project management (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile).
• Experience handling complex tech programmes, budgets, schedules, risks, and benefits in regulated/high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of PKI, TLS, key management, crypto-agility, PQC migration concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects across the MAS with multi-year scope.
• Oversee vendor coordination, procurement processes and compliance requirements.
• Define scope, manage schedules, risks, and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate architecture, risk, funding and delivery forums and governance cadences.
• Apply Agile methods to improve delivery, transparency and quality.
