Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to drive the migration of critical applications and infrastructure to Post-Quantum Cryptographic (PQC) algorithms.

The role serves as a technical leader for the cryptographic transition, ensuring regulatory timelines (CSA, MAS) are met while embedding crypto‑agility into technology governance across senior management, engineering squads, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography or related field with 10+ years of cyber security experience.
• Deep knowledge of cryptographic algorithms (RSA, ECC, AES, SHA) and post-quantum standards (ML-KEM, ML-DSA).
• Experience with regulatory and compliance standards (CSA, MAS) and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year PQC migration roadmap with regulatory deadlines.
• Develop a crypto‑agility framework to adapt to evolving standards with minimal disruption.
• Provide high‑level risk and progress briefings to senior management and oversee vendor collaboration.
