Public Service Division seeks a Security Consultant to drive a multi‑year quantum‑safe migration programme across MAS. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams, manage scope, schedules and risks, and report progress to leadership.

You will oversee cybersecurity projects, vendor management, governance and agile delivery, translating requirements into measurable milestones while ensuring compliance with MAS standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project or programme management experience.
• Experience in Agile delivery, digital services and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record delivering complex programmes in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead cybersecurity projects across MAS, including tool implementation and governance.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs and procurement with risk controls.
• Coordinate governance, agile delivery, and executive reporting.
• Elicit requirements, translate to user stories and track milestones.
