Job summary

National University of Singapore’s Centre for Quantum Technologies seeks a Research Community & Engagement Manager / Senior Executive to support onboarding, orientation, alumni relations, wellbeing initiatives and internal communications across staff, students, and visitors at Kent Ridge Campus.

The role focuses on managing onboarding, coordinating events, and strengthening internal communication channels to foster a collaborative, inclusive research environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in roles demonstrating skills relevant to this scope of work.
• Strong communicator, confident in engaging people of all seniority levels and nationalities.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Systematic and self-motivated.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma

Responsibilities

• Manage the welcome of new staff, students, interns and visitors to the Centre, complementing their onboarding to the university.
• Manage the orientation/community engagement for all nodes.
• Assist to design and implement internal communication tactics including all-staff emails, internal webpages, newsletters and townhalls.
• To be a member of the Centre’s well-being committee.
• Chair a committee that plans social events for Centre members, including nodes.
• Manage Alumni engagement.
• Assist in administrative and logistical matters for visitors and intern
