Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor based in Singapore (Woodlands) to join a five-day work week.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates for underground utilities construction projects, considering materials, labor, and overheads.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and issue tender documents, analyze and evaluate submissions; negotiate contracts and manage procurement.
• Monitor project costs and expenditures with regular reports and forecasts; report variations and claims.
• Draft, review and manage contracts and subcontracts; resolve contractual disputes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, utility companies and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
