Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager to drive commercial and cost-control efforts for major projects in Singapore. Based at Changi Business Park, you will oversee tender submissions, contracts, and team performance.

You should hold a Bachelor's/Diploma in QS or a related field with 10–12 years of experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role. Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.15pm, with a competitive salary and variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management for projects.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control across projects and budgets.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks including negotiations and variations.
• Lead Team and Business Performance by mentoring and developing QS personnel.
