A renowned building contractor in Singapore is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role encompasses sourcing projects, developing proposals, and managing tender submissions. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience is required.
• Familiar with SIA & REDAS Form of Contract Administration including SOP Act.

Responsibilities

• Source projects on tender platforms like Sesami and GeBIZ.
• Develop proposals for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Conduct quantity measurements within deadlines.
• Prepare and evaluate quotations for tender costing.
• Ensure timely and complete tender submission.
• Assist in cost budgeting and manage contract variations.
• Certify and evaluate progress, manage payments to subcontractors.
