Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a project contract based role in Singapore. The position is based at Changi with free transportation from Tanah Merah MRT, working 5.5 days per week (8am–5pm, alternate Saturdays).

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in construction field; marine construction is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in tender submission, including taking off, calling for quotations and preparation of tender documents for submission of tender.
• Analyse and evaluate the received quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal terms.
• Assess Subcontractor’s Progress Claims and prepare Payment response within stipulated timeline.
• Assist the Contract Managers for assessment of Variation Orders and Extension of Time by Subcontractor and Suppliers including finalization of accounts.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
