Private Advertiser in Changi Business Park is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to perform take-offs, prepare and evaluate quantities, and assist in tender activities. The role involves liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, plus managing contract administration and variation claims.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Quantity Surveying with 2–5 years in construction, and is familiar with PSSCOC/REDAS and SIA contract forms. Senior roles may be considered for experienced applicants.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in construction industry.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role.
• Knowledge of PSSCOC/REDAS and/or SIA standard forms of Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform taking off and measurement of quantities.
• Source, review and negotiation of quotations.
• Work closely and liaise with both internal colleagues and external project stakeholders.
• Contract administration including handling contractual documentation, correspondences and disputes matters.
• Manage, preparation, submission and liaise with clients/consultants on the evaluation of monthly progress claims / variation claims including final account.
• Manage, evaluate and preparation of subcontractors’ claim and payments including final accounts.
• Assist in quotation and tender preparation.
