Job summary

PRELIM CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor (Project) to support tendering, pricing, and contract administration on-site.

You will take-off quantities, price bills, evaluate subcontractor claims, and coordinate sourcing of materials, with a focus on accurate cost control and timely progress payments.

Candidates should have a recognized degree or diploma in civil/structural or M&E, and at least 3 years of local experience.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years or more relevant work experience in Singapore

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
• Any other duties as assigned by Superior or Management.
