TIANMING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to perform quantity take-off and cost analysis for materials from drawings.

You will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and costing of project activities. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications for cost savings and value engineering opportunities, managing budgets, and estimating revenue and profit while liaising with authorities for pre-construction approvals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Structural Steel.
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication and construction processes.
