Job summary

FORTIFIED (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, tendering and project control across Singapore’s construction sector.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of QS experience in construction, be proficient in reading drawings (architectural, structural, M&E) and in preparing quotations, BOQs and tender submissions. Strong negotiation and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry.
• Experience reading architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
• Ability to review drawings and identify scope of works, quantities and materials.
• Proficient in preparing quotations, BOQ, cost estimates and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, BOQ, cost estimates, tender submissions and rate analysis.
• Monitor project costs, variations and budgets.
• Check and verify subcontractor quotes and invoices.
• Attend site visits, take measurements and verify site conditions.
