JEL Maintenance PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for equipment, piping and structural works, and to review drawings, specifications and contractual scope.

You will prepare cost estimates, tender pricing and progress claims, manage Variation Orders, obtain supplier quotations and monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance, coordinating closely with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Preferably 3-5 years' relevant experience in mechanical construction/maintenance.
• Experience in equipment, piping and structural steel works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of quantity take-off, estimation, progress claims, VO and cost control.
• Able to work independently and perform site measurements when required.
