Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is assisting with a senior Quantity Surveyor position at Changi Business Park, Singapore. The role requires leading commercial and tender activities across multiple projects, ensuring robust cost planning and financial control.

You will oversee subcontract procurement, contract administration, and risk management, while mentoring the QS team and driving performance metrics. A top-tier candidate with 10–12 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies: Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
• Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.
• Lead Team and Business Performance: Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
• Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements:
