THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager in Singapore at Changi Business Park. The role oversees commercial, tender, and cost management across multiple projects, leading a QS team and ensuring profitable outcomes.

You will develop tender strategies, review submissions, and manage procurement and subcontract awards while controlling budgets and cash flow. Leadership experience in a supervising role is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: develop strategies, review tenders, lead procurement planning.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: establish cost management, monitor performance, review cash flow.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: oversee contracts, lead negotiations, approve interim payments.
• Lead Team and Business Performance: mentor and develop QS team, allocate manpower and monitor performance.

Quantity Surveyor Manager

• Location:Changi Business Park
• Industry: A1 Main Contractor | Building Construction
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial and Tender Management

• Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
• Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.

Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control

• Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
• Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.

Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks

• Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.

Lead Team and Business Performance

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
