Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor Manager at our Changi Business Park offices.

You will lead commercial and tender strategy, oversee cost planning, and manage contract administration across multiple projects. You will mentor the Quantity Surveying team, review tender submissions, monitor budgets, and drive profitable outcomes while ensuring risk is controlled throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–12 years' QS experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management across projects and bids.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control, establishing budgets and monitoring performance.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks through contract administration, negotiations, and final accounts.
• Lead Team and Business Performance by mentoring the Quantity Surveying team and allocating resources.

Quantity Surveyor Manager

• Location:Changi Business Park
• Industry: A1 Main Contractor | Building Construction
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, includingat least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial and Tender Management

• Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
• Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.

Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control

• Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
• Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.

Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks

• Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.

Lead Team and Business Performance

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
• Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
