Job summary

RN CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a professional responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates and budgets. The ideal candidate will also evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage project costs effectively.

A minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Quantity Surveying is required, along with 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works.

• Familiarity with Singapore LTA contracts.

Responsibilities

• In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates and budgets.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims.
• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Responsible for assisting in contract negotiation and administration.
• In charge of tracking project costs and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
