Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a project coordinator to join our interior design and renovation team in Singapore. You will manage budgets, handle commercial and contract matters from concept to handover, and work with designers, PMs, and clients to keep projects on budget, on time and compliant with design standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets by monitoring and controlling costs throughout all project phases to ensure financial targets are met
• Oversee commercial and contract matters by negotiating terms, preparing documentation, and ensuring compliance from project initiation to handover
• Collaborate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, and clients to align project delivery with design standards and timelines
• Track project progress and resolve issues promptly to maintain schedule adherence and quality outcomes
• Communicate with suppliers, contractors, interior designers, and project supervisors to provide updates and facilitate decisions

About the role
