Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building maintenance and IFM services. You will manage contracts, prepare quotations and progress claims, and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

The role requires 3 years of Singapore QS experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with contractors. On-site work in Singapore is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of Singapore experience in QS, with focus on Building Maintenance; IFM exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quantity surveying and contracts administration for IFM and building maintenance services.
• Support maintenance and project works functions; prepare, check and submit quotations (knowledge of SOR rates).
• Prepare and process progress claims, invoices and payment applications.
