Job summary

SIMPLY WOOD PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity surveying tasks, cost estimating, tendering, material sourcing, and progress claims, including settlement of final accounts.

You will prepare project files, drawings, specifications and bidding with sub-contractors. The role requires a Degree or Diploma in QS/Building Construction, at least 3 years' QS and coordination experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building Construction.
• 3 years' experience in QS-related and coordinator works.
• BCA-recognized Certificate in QS/Building Cost Management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must work independently in-office and on-site.
• Proficient in AutoCAD software & 3D Max.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for Quantity, Cost Estimating, Tendering, Material Sourcing, Progress Claims & Settlement of Final Account.
• Prepare Project Files, Drawing, and Specification & Bidding with a Sub-Contractor in a similar field.
• Involve in Site Project Coordinator Works.
• Update record variation, omission, order issued of each individual project record certified claims.
• Prepare and purchase Project insurance & Performance bond.
• Others ad hoc works as required.
